   The Multi Box Connected Infrared Mould Heating Furnace (Drawer Type)  is an efficient device specifically designed for preheating, maintaining constant temperature, and heat treatment of metal molds. It features an innovative structure of 'double-box linkage + independent temperature control,' significantly enhancing the flexibility and production efficiency of mold heating. It is widely used in applications such as die casting, forging, and injection molding, where precise control of mold temperature is required.

   1. Die casting industry

• Application scenarios: Preheating and maintaining constant temperature for aluminum alloy/zinc alloy die casting molds (such as car wheel hub molds, motor end cover molds). Heating the mold to 150-250°C before die casting reduces the rapid cooling shrinkage of molten metal, improves the surface finish of castings, and decreases thermal fatigue damage to the mold.
