For instance, when gas prices are low, prioritize using gas for heating, and switch to electric heating during periods when electricity rates are favorable. Equipped with a PLC control system and temperature sensors, it can monitor and adjust the furnace temperature in real-time, achieving temperature control accuracy of ±5℃. It also allows flexible setting of heating curves based on different aluminum rod specifications and process requirements.Infrared radiation heating heats up faster than traditional conductive heating methods, typically reaching the set temperature within 30 minutes.    1. In the aluminum extrusion industry

  • The application involves heating aluminum rods to extrusion temperatures (typically 400-520℃) during the production of aluminum doors and windows and industrial profiles such as rail transit profiles and electronic heat sinks. This furnace ensures uniform heating of the aluminum rods, thereby increasing the extrusion speed and surface quality of the profiles, and reducing the likelihood of defects such as warping and cracking.
