The Fully automatic dual traction machine is a high-precision traction device based on servo motor drive technology, primarily used for the traction, conveyance, and tension control of flexible or semi-rigid materials such as cables, pipes, films, and metal strips in continuous production lines. Its core function is achieved through a Servo Siemens System (servo motor + driver + controller), which precisely controls the traction speed and tension in a Fully closed loop, ensuring that the material maintains a stable stretched state during processing and preventing product defects caused by tension fluctuations, such as breakage, deformation, and uneven thickness.
