The homogenization furnace system consists of several parts: homogenization furnace, cooling chamber, three-dimensional material cart, material receiving platform, and material cart track. Among them, the cooling room and 3D material truck are equipped with variable frequency controlled low-pressure high air volume axial flow fans. On the one side of cooling furnace has 12 pcs shaft cooling blower for cooing the aluminum rod.And on the top and one side of the room, there are water pipes which spray water-fog for Strong cooling the aluminum rod .The cooling model has three ways for cooing the aluminum rod in according to the different requirement. The first model is Air cooling , the second model is Water cooling , the third model is Air + Water cooling. Adhering to the design concept of energy conservation and efficiency,The axial flow high air volume fan is equipped with a smaller motor power,fully utilizing the fan's performance to achieve energy -saving effects.Secondly ,the fan is driven by a frequency converter and automatically changes the fan speed and temperature uniformity according to changes in furnace temperature,ensuring the quality of product heat treatment.
